Le travail consiste à recevoir des appels et à prendre des rendez-vous pour les clients qui en font la demande.

20h/semaine du lundi au samedi, en rotation ou en fixe l’après-midi.

Packaging d’applications

  • Évaluer et analyser les applications virtuelles pour le packaging et le déploiement
  • Créer et organiser des procédures fonctionnelles et techniques pour les packages
  • Convertir les sources en packages d’applications pour la livraison via Microsoft SCCM / Intune
  • Créer des packages, programmer et distribuer le contenu au point de distribution
  • Tester les applications intégrées, conformément aux processus et normes établies par le client, afin d’optimiser le temps d’installation et réduire les défauts.

Patching

  • Maintenir la séquence des tâches de déploiement des images
  • Tenir à jour les images Windows via SCCM et Intune Toolkits
  • Créer des rapports personnalisés afin de mesurer le succès et identifier les opportunités
  • Développer, gérer et mettre à jour la documentation relative aux normes de packaging et superviser sa mise en application
  • Créer des wikis pour faciliter la résolution des problèmes rencontrés.

TU ES LE/LA JOUEUR(SE) D’ÉQUIPE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS?

  • Expérience dans la création de packages
  • Connaissance des déploiements avec SCCM / Intune
  • Bonnes connaissances de l’infrastructure Windows Desktop
  • Expérience avec les technologies de packaging : ThinApp, MSI, Flexera Admin Studio et MST.
  • Connaissance du Scripting PowerShell (un atout)
  • Français courant – Anglais intermédiaire

Data Specialist – Permanent (Home Based) – Morocco

An exciting opportunity has arisen; JATO is seeking a Data Specialist to join the Data & Research team based in Morocco. You will be responsible for the Moroccan Database within the wider MENA team, reporting into the Team Manager.

As a Data Specialist, you will source, research and code our car specifications and volumes data from official sources whilst striving to improve the quality and enhance the specifications and volumes data for the Moroccan market.

We are seeking an individual who has strong self-motivation, strong focus on collaboration, in conjunction with an analytical approach to data collection.

Responsibilities

– Based on allocated workload, you will be required to monitor the events of automotive market(s) and collect the relevant data and information in- order-to input into JATO databases using our proprietary software and following company procedures and guidelines

– Code and publish required changes using JATO proprietary software against relevant quality standards, procedures, and business requirements (in accordance to SLA, KPIs, specific head office requests, etc)

– Elicit additional relevant information and ensure a steady flow of the highest quality data by using effective networking (internal, external, primary or secondary sources) and influencing skills.

– Accountable for successfully completing designated workload along with additional specialized activities based on the immediate priorities of the

Data Operations Team

– Review documentation to gather details of specific changes and align against relevant JATO definitions, data structure and existing vehicle data.

– Perform quality assurance (QA) activities to improve data quality

– Successfully resolve customer issues as a part of The JATO experience customer. support/escalation process

– Implement correction and changes into the database as a guide required by the Data Operational management and Centre of Excellence

Requirements

– Must have good communication skills, verbal and written in English

– Master’s degree level or equivalent work experience in related field (DB analysis, quantitative analysis, marketing sciences, statistics, mathematics, business, etc.) is preferred

– Knowledge of additional languages is an asset

– Knowledge of vehicle technology and automotive market

– The ability to focus on detailed information and to work with large amounts of data

– Analytical thinking and data-driven mentality are required to elicit additional, relevant information and ensure the data obtained is of the highest quality

– Excellent computer skills are mandatory, as much of the work will entail working with spreadsheets and data manipulation

As the Software Engineer III, QA Automation you will automate and maintain complex workflows, establish and maintain automation suites for variety of tests – regression, smoke, performance etc.; and ensure the suites are executed in Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot automated tests using Selenium, Appium UI Automation, Python ecosystem, including Robot Framework, bash, PowerShell and Postman like languages and tools.
  • Enhance existing automation framework to run across various platforms and integration with third party Cloud based services.
  • Work with various teams- development, product management etc., to have adequate automated test coverage. Maintain results/verification records/outcome. Set up test beds, test data, test environments (Windows, iOS, Android).
  • Establish and maintain continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) for automated suites, by leveraging Jenkins or Circle CI or another CI/CD tool.
  • Automate test cases for desktop as well as mobile devises, for a variety of browsers- Chrome, IE, Firefox, Safari, etc. and operating systems: Windows, OSX, Android, iOS.
  • Establish and maintain all documents pertaining to automated testing – test plan, test cases, test results, etc. using Atlassian Confluence, TestRail, Spira or Similar Test Case Management.
  • Mentor and guide junior automation engineers.

Candidate Profile

  • Education and Experience Requirements: This position requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Technology, or similar field, plus 5 years of professional work experience in software automation engineering. télétravail
